Crimes Against Mimesis is an essay by Roger Giner-Sorolla that was posted in several parts to the usenet (to rec.arts.int-fiction, I believe). It has to do with elements of game narrative that break the believability of the story presented in the game. I find it interesting and compelling, so I’ve reproduced it here.
