The four and a half year checkup

Wow, I haven’t been keeping this portion of the website up to date at all. Sorry about that.

Basically, that’s because there hasn’t been anything to report. I’ve been having CT scans in the spring of each year, and this past spring they did another endoscopy with a biopsy of some tissue. Again, no trace of the lymphoma has been found.

This time out they gave me pictures of the inside of my stomach. Very weird stuff to see. They haven’t done that in the past, so I’m thinking maybe Dr. Barbati got some new cool equipment he’s now using?

I’m coming up on 5 years since I was declared cancer-free, and that’s a very good milestone. Particularly, because it should be possible to get life insurance again that isn’t limited to just term policies.
