Today marks the 6th anniversary of the MALT Lymphoma being declared in remission. I probably should have had some kind of celebration planned. But honestly, the cancer didn’t interrupt my life all that much. Some doctor visits, some low-grade chemo treatments, and life goes on. It’s been way too long since I’ve posted an update regarding the cancer. Sorry about that. The short-version is that everything is more-than-fine. My oncologist said he’s “cutting me loose”. Basically from here on out I’ll just have a physical (or something that involves blood-drawing) twice a year. No more follow-ups with either doctor. Obviously, […]

I had a CAT scan on Monday March 31, 2003. This was scheduled back in October, 2002, as a six-month checkup on the cancer. On April 7, I saw my oncologist to hear the results and have a basic physical checkup.
